What we collect

If you use our enquiry form: your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, the service you need, your message and any photo you choose to upload.

If you call or email us: your contact details and whatever you tell us about the job.

If we carry out work for you: your address, details of the appliances we work on, and the records we are required to keep, such as gas safety records.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote, carry out and record the work, and meet our legal obligations. We do not send marketing and we never sell your information.

Our lawful basis

Taking steps you have asked for before agreeing a job, carrying out the job itself, complying with legal obligations such as gas safety record keeping, and our legitimate interest in keeping accurate business records.

Who we share it with

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf. If you choose to load the map on our Contact page, Google receives information about your visit. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to any work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we carry out are kept for as long as we need them for legal, safety and accounting purposes, typically up to six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
