I have found the company to be more reliable than others as you can imagine leaving tenants with no hot water or central heating is not a good idea and causes much trouble.

The workmanship carried out on a replacement boiler was carried out to a clean visual standard inside the property and flue was taken through the roof, where previously it had been taken through the wall to outside illegally because of clearance issues to an openable window where my previous engineer had failed to flag leaving my tenant at risk.

The engineer was found to be polite and carried the work out in a timely manner without causing discomfort to the tenant, the services were resumed before the day ended.”
